By downloading, installing, or using Oro ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Oro is a private, Apple-native personal finance app for iPhone. The current App Store version helps you log spending, manage budgets, track recurring expenses, and review your progress using on-device storage with optional iCloud sync through Apple.
The current App Store version of Oro does not require an Oro account.
If you choose to use iCloud on your Apple devices, some app data may sync through your personal Apple account using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. Availability of iCloud features depends on your Apple device settings and Apple's services.
The current App Store version of Oro does not include paid subscriptions or paid in-app purchases.
Your use of Oro is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described therein.

All content, design, and code in Oro are owned by the Oro team or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without prior written consent.
Oro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Oro is not a financial advisor. The app provides tools for personal expense tracking and budgeting. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or tax guidance. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Oro team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses arising from your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
You may stop using Oro at any time. You may remove local app data by using the in-app delete/reset controls where available, uninstalling the app, or removing synced app data from your Apple devices and iCloud account.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
