Common questions
Can I try Pro before paying?+
Pro is purchased in-app via the App Store. Apple's standard 24-hour free return policy applies. We don't currently offer a separate free trial, but the Free plan is fully usable with no time limit.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro?+
Your data stays intact. AI features revert to Free limits (3 questions/month, 1 plan/month). Supabase cloud sync pauses and your iCloud sync resumes. Local feature limits (2 accounts, 3 budgets, 2 goals) reapply but existing data is never deleted.
Does Oro store my bank credentials?+
No. Oro does not connect to any bank. You log transactions manually, by voice, or by scanning receipts. No bank credentials ever leave your device.
Is Pro available as a one-time purchase?+
Not currently. Pro is a subscription to cover ongoing AI infrastructure costs. The Free tier is fully usable with no time limit and no required payment.
